We maintain extensive knowledge of in-home caregiving agencies — including both W-2 and independent contractor (1099) models — as well as skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and memory care communities, hospice and palliative care providers. 🌿 About Us – Our Story
Robert Ellis Case Management was founded from personal experience, deep compassion, and a desire to make healthcare easier to navigate for families. When my father became ill at just 55 years old, even with many years of experience in the healthcare industry, I found myself feeling confused, frustrated, and overwhelmed while trying to secure the best possible care for him. Experiencing the system firsthand revealed just how complex, fragmented, and difficult healthcare truly is — even for those who work within it every day.

Through that journey, I learned the true ins and outs of the healthcare system and how critical strong advocacy is for patients and families. I saw firsthand that advocating for yourself, for your loved one, or for your patient can make all the difference in outcomes, clarity, and peace of mind. That experience became the foundation for what would later become Robert Ellis Case Management.
Walking through my father’s illness and ultimately his passing changed the way I viewed healthcare and my role within it. He believed deeply in the importance of family, community, personal honor, and keeping one’s word — values that guided how he lived and how he treated others. I wanted to transform that experience into something meaningful — something that honored not only who he was, but how he lived his life, grounded in love, compassion, empathy, and integrity.

Robert Ellis Case Management was born out of love for my father, Robert Ellis Black, and a commitment to carry his legacy forward by serving families with honesty, respect, accountability, and unwavering advocacy.
Today, we exist to stand beside individuals and families as a trusted guide, helping them navigate care decisions with clarity, dignity, and confidence during some of life’s most challenging moments.
